Video: No Need to Search for Intrigue Regarding Participation in Putin's Inauguration, Says MP from the CP

Julya

No need to search for any intrigue regarding participation in Putin's inauguration; there's no issue, only technical matters are being discussed. This was stated by Vagharchak Hakobyan, an MP from the Civil Contract faction, in an interview with 24News, as he addressed the lack of a decision from Armenia regarding participation in the inauguration ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin scheduled for May 7.

Commenting on whether Armenia might not participate in the EAEU summit in May due to the absence of a stance, the MP remarked that he believes Armenia should take part in the summit since Armenia's activities within the economic union are quite effective, and the country should continue progressing with the same effectiveness.

“We are a presiding country, we have to fulfill our statutory obligations; there's nothing extraordinary about it. Armenia has no intention of taking drastic steps with Russia; after some time, we will be able to regulate our relations,” added Hakobyan. For more details, see the video.
