Armenia and France Strengthen Relations with Broader Agenda Aimed at Enhancing Armenia's Resilience: Mirzoyan

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, received a delegation led by Martin Vasalli, the president of the Bouches-du-Rhône department and the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis. This information was provided by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the relations between Armenia and France, which are generally characterized as privileged, are currently evolving with a broad agenda and new directions aimed at strengthening Armenia's resilience. In this context, both sides highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation, particularly in the economic sector and through the expansion of business ties.

The interlocutors also discussed the possibilities for decentralized cooperation, for which solid foundations have been established, including the participation of the Bouches-du-Rhône department in health programs in Armenian regions. Furthermore, the meeting addressed issues related to the Armenia-EU partnership agenda.

Minister Mirzoyan stressed that Armenia, as a European civilization with a democratic reform agenda, is substantially deepening its relations with the European Union and its member states.
