Sargis Khandanyan on the Armenia-EU-US Trilateral Meeting

Sargis Khandanyan, the chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia, addressed the outcomes of the Armenia-US-EU meeting on his Facebook page. He particularly noted:

“The trilateral high-level meeting in Brussels was particularly significant from the perspective of the diversification of Armenia's foreign policy and the perception of Armenia's role in international relations. The EU and the US reaffirmed their support for Armenia's sovereignty, democracy, territorial integrity, and socio-economic resilience. The EU and the US welcomed the 'Peace Crossroads' initiative presented by the Armenian government, which will promote overall prosperity and regional cooperation. This unprecedented meeting holds important significance as a starting point for Armenia's efforts towards economic diversification. The financial support promised by the EU and the US will contribute to enhancing Armenia’s resilience in various sectors and addressing humanitarian issues.”
