Azerbaijan Creates Legitimate Grounds for Provocative Actions: Armen Khachatrayan

Armen Khachatrayan, a member of the Civil Contract faction, stated in an interview with journalists that Azerbaijan is creating legitimate grounds for provocative actions. He mentioned, “While they were successful a year or two ago, they are not succeeding now because EU observers present objective realities to the world within hours, showing that Azerbaijan is lying once again.”

According to the parliament member, Azerbaijan does not strive for peace and does everything to derail the peace process. “Azerbaijan's statements are false, but Armenia will definitely follow the path of peace, and we will force Azerbaijan to return to a constructive dialogue,” Khachatrayan emphasized.

He noted that significant reforms are being made in the Armed Forces of Armenia, and in due time, we will have a military capable of ensuring our country's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.
