Azerbaijan's Authorities Will Never Seek Peace: Arman Tatoyan

Former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan has stated, “The Azerbaijani gunfire towards the villages of Tavush province in Armenia (Moses, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, and others) last night once again demonstrates that the authorities of Azerbaijan will never seek peace. The Azerbaijani regime is built on racism and hatred towards Armenians; it is a guarantee of their existence.

These recurrent criminal acts have disrupted the safety of our villages and towns, leaving people deprived of a peaceful and secure life, and reducing their opportunities to earn a family income. Therefore, under no circumstances should we allow their presence near our villages.”
