U.S. Authorities Have Asked Us Not to Strike Their Positions, Says Iranian Vice President

Iran's Vice President for Political Affairs, Mohammad Jamshidi, has reported that U.S. authorities have requested Iran not to strike American positions, according to IRNA.

"Iran has formally warned the U.S. not to fall into the trap set by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and to retreat in order to avoid suffering," Jamshidi wrote on his X page.

He added that in response to this, the U.S. has asked Iran not to target American assets.
