Anthony Blinken Comments on Brussels Trilateral Meeting
U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has commented on the meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, which took place in Brussels. “The U.S. remains steadfast in its commitment to assisting Armenia in achieving economic prosperity and stability through the consolidation of democracy and regional integration. I have announced our commitment to allocate more than $65 million for these goals during the meeting with the leaders of Armenia and the EU,” Blinken wrote.
It is noteworthy that prior to the start of the trilateral meeting in Brussels, Pashinyan had a meeting with Samantha Power, the head of the U.S. Agency for International Development.
