Fire in a Village of Syunik Results in Casualty

On April 4, at 00:06, the emergency management center of the Syunik regional rescue service received a call stating that a house was burning in the village of Tkhkut.

Two firefighting units from the regional rescue service responded to the scene. It was determined that the fire broke out in one of the houses on the 2nd alley of 3rd street in the village (a two-story building, approximately 150 sq. meters).

The fire was contained by 02:30 and extinguished by 02:54. The house was destroyed in the incident. Firefighters discovered the body of K. E. (born in 1986) inside the house.
