Short-term Rain, Thunderstorms, and Wind Intensification Expected

The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has presented the weather forecast for the upcoming five days.

In Yerevan, on April 3rd during the day and on the 4th, dry weather is expected. On April 5th, overnight and in the evening hours, short-term rain is predicted, with possible thunderstorms from the 6th to the 8th. Wind intensification is anticipated on April 4th at 12-15 m/s, and on April 5th-6th at speeds of 18-20 m/s.

In the regions, dry weather is expected during the day on April 3rd and at night on April 4th. On April 4th during the day and from the 5th to the 8th, short-term rains are expected in isolated areas. Thunderstorms may also occur in certain areas on the 6th and 7th.

The wind will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, with intensification expected in some places at 16-20 m/s on April 4th and 20-25 m/s on April 5th. The air temperature will decrease by 5-7 degrees from April 6th to 8th.
