The process resembles an imitation of negotiations; they put a soft pillow under our heads. This was stated by Ashot Ter-Matiosyan, an actor of the 'Goy' theater, during a conversation with reporters.

“I leave the assumptions to you. They offer us to act as an independent entity but do nothing related to that. We have been negotiating with the deputy minister for about a month, and during the last meeting, the deputy minister informed us that they had already applied to the state registry. At the same time, we agreed not to hold any press conferences during the negotiations and not to take any actions, including filing new lawsuits. It turned out that they had already submitted an application to the state registry, and the activities of the 'Goy' theater as an entity have been terminated. It appears that all of this was an imitation, and they were simply stalling to unlawfully terminate the entity's activities,” emphasized the actor.

According to Ashot Ter-Matiosyan, the decision clearly states that the acceptance-transfer must be between two entities, and based on those signatures, an application should be submitted to the state registry. Without those signatures, individuals applied to the state registry and terminated the operations.

“When the National Assembly announces that they decided not to withdraw cases from the courts, we have honestly adhered to our agreements regarding not taking actions, but we did not withdraw the already initiated lawsuits in our defense, as doing so would have been foolish on our part. They deceived us regarding the case in court; can you imagine if we had withdrawn the cases, they wouldn't have engaged with us at all,” concluded the actor.

It is worth noting that the management of the Gabriel Sundukyan Theater has closed the door to the Goy Theater and is obstructing the normal functioning of the 'Goy' Theater. The staff of the Goy Theater will attempt to enter the theater through the entrance of the Gabriel Sundukyan Theater and to receive clarifications from the director of the Gabriel Sundukyan Theater.
