Putin Identifies the Goals of the Organizers Behind the 'Crocus City' Terror Attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin today delivered a speech at a meeting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs college. Regarding the 'Crocus City' terrorist attack, he stated that it is crucial to uncover not only the direct perpetrators of the terrorism but also all links in the chain, including those who benefit from such evil and the masterminds behind it. Putin emphasized that they will undoubtedly be apprehended.

The Russian president condemned the use of this tragic event for purposes of nationalism, intolerance, and Islamophobia. 'That was the main objective of the terrorists and their patrons. Primarily, their goal was to sow discord and panic, enmity and hatred within our country, to divide Russia from within—that was their main aim. We must not allow them to achieve this under any circumstances,' said Putin.
