Deportation of Migrants from Russia
As a result of checks at a construction site and a café in Rostov-on-Don, 46 illegal migrants will be deported from Russia. This was announced by the press service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. The information was reported by TASS.
"In the Rostov region, employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia, in cooperation with the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of Russia, conducted a complex of operational and investigative measures aimed at combating illegal migration in the Pervomaisky district of Rostov-on-Don. One of the checked facilities was a construction site and a catering establishment, where individuals from Central Asian countries traditionally gather. During the activities, more than 500 individuals were checked. As a result, 119 foreign citizens were identified as being in Russia in violation of migration legislation," the statement said.
The FSB clarified that notifications were issued to 112 migrants holding Russian citizenship who were not registered for military service. The police compiled 123 administrative violation reports, and decisions have been made to deport 46 foreign nationals from Russia. Additionally, three reports of crimes were registered under Article 322.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (registration of fictitious migration) and Article 322.1 (organization of illegal migration), the agency added.
