Two terrorists have been blocked in an apartment in Kaspiysk, Dagestan. This information was reported to RIA Novosti by a source in the republic’s law enforcement agencies.

This morning, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee announced that special forces have surrounded the terrorists in several apartments in the residential areas of Makhachkala and Kaspiysk. A legal regime for anti-terrorist operations has been established during the identification of the criminals.
