If You Do Not See Tears on His Face, It Doesn’t Mean He Doesn’t Feel Pain, Peskov

Russian President Vladimir Putin is very sympathetic during tragedies like the one at ‘Crocus’. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
“If you do not see tears on his face, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel pain,” Peskov told journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Earlier, the presidential press secretary explained why Putin didn’t arrive at the ‘Crocus City Hall’ on the night of the terrorist act. He noted that the presence of the President at the site of the tragedy would interfere with the headquarters operations on the ground, as reported by RT.
