Europe is in a Pre-War Phase, Says Tusk
Julya
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has stated that Europe is, without exaggeration, currently in a pre-war phase. “The most concerning thing right now is that literally any scenario is possible. He added, “We are living in a pre-war era; I am not exaggerating.”
