Hospital Evacuated in Moscow Due to Bomb Threat Linked to Crocus Incident

In Moscow, 700 people were evacuated from a hospital housing victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall due to a bomb threat. This information was reported by the Mash Telegram channel.

According to gazeta.ru, the threat was communicated via a letter received by the Pirogov National Medical Surgical Center. The letter indicated a timer set for 40 minutes regarding homemade incendiary devices containing phosphorus, concealed in four backpacks located on various floors of the medical facility.

Individuals were removed from the building, and emergency services arrived at the scene.

On March 23, Tatiana Vitusheva, the head of the Istra urban district near Moscow, stated that residents of Moscow region have been receiving messages from unknown numbers that are of a "terroristic nature." She urged for such messages to cease.

On the evening of March 22, a terrorist attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall during a performance by the band "Picnic," where armed individuals stormed the venue and opened fire on the audience. This was followed by explosions and a subsequent fire. The Investigative Committee of Russia has initiated a criminal case regarding the terrorist act.
