Military-Clad Bodies Found Near US-Mexico Border: Reports

Seven bodies dressed in military attire have been discovered near the US-Mexico border, according to reports from the Associated Press, relayed by RIA Novosti.

On Wednesday, prosecutors from the northern border state of Sonora announced that the bodies were found near a roadway close to the city of Puerto Peñasco, which is located in the Gulf of California, also known as the Sea of Cortez.

The agency reports that an additional five bodies were found in the Jalisco state of Mexico, stacked inside a bulletproof SUV. It is noted that all the deceased were men dressed in military-style clothing. The Mexican prosecution has added that all of them had been shot dead.
