Noy Arzakantsyan, Nephew of Tigran Arzakantsyan, Detained at Zvartnots Airport

According to Shamshyan.com, on March 19, operatives from the Central Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia conducted an operation at Zvartnots Airport based on operational information.
The police had received information that 31-year-old Noy Arzakantsyan, a resident of Gegharkunik Province, was arriving in Armenia. The police spotted him at Zvartnots Airport and immediately took him to the Central Division of the police.
A notice for his detention had been issued based on Article 171, Part 2, Clause 5 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. Noy Arzakantsyan is the nephew of Tigran Arzakantsyan.
