In St. Petersburg, a heroic mother voted in the presidential elections immediately after placing her 12th child to her breast in the maternity hospital. This was reported by Readovka.

The astonishing incident took place in Maternity Hospital No. 10, where a pregnant woman, a conscientious citizen, decided to fulfill her civic duty right in the hospital after learning that the visiting electoral commission could be summoned to the room.

The woman cast her vote for the future president of Russia while on the maternity bed, right after her 12th child was brought to her. Only after voting did she name her son Valera.
