One Should Not Fear Putin: Peskov

The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, has advised the President of Lithuania to respect and listen to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“One should not fear Putin; one should respect and listen to Putin,” Peskov responded to the comments made by Lithuania's leader, Gitanas Nausėda.

Following an attack with a hammer on Leonid Volkov, an ally of Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny, in Vilnius, the President of Lithuania stated that “no one in Lithuania is afraid of Putin.”
