Photos: Shahramanyan's Mother Sold Apartment to Artsakh Investment Fund for 25 Million Drams

'Haykakan Zhamanak' reports that Armenians from Artsakh have provided startling information regarding the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan. According to our sources, he is displaying inaction and is not addressing the problems of the residents of Artsakh, despite being quite active and efficient when it came to his own interests.

It is claimed that when Samvel Shahramanyan was the head of the Artsakh National Security Service, on March 13, 2019, a property on K'nunyan Street in Stepanakert was transferred as a gift to Ashot Sergey Arushanyan by the decision of the Artsakh State Minister Grigori Martirosyan. Just a few months later, Ashot Arushanyan reportedly sold that home to Eleonora Shahramanyan, who is Samvel Shahramanyan's mother.

After the 44-day war, in 2021, Shahramanyan's mother sold this apartment to the Artsakh Investment Fund and received 25,000,000 drams in return. Our sources claim that almost everyone in Artsakh recognizes Aram Khachatryan (Aghtamar Aram), a businessman whose assets, amounting to hundreds of millions, were completely seized by the state during the leadership of Bako Sahakyan. When Samvel Shahramanyan was the head of the service for the forced execution of judicial acts in Artsakh, the materials related to Ashot Khachatryan's executive case disappeared during his tenure, and it was later announced that they were lost. It remains unknown where they went and under whose authority, and no one has been held accountable for this situation.'
