Inspection Lifts Suspension of Juli's Restaurant Production Activities
The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Agency's Yerevan center conducted a follow-up inspection at the public catering establishment owned by MINT LLC (Juli's restaurant in Yerevan) and noted that all previously identified non-compliances have been resolved.
Specifically, not only the recorded sanitary and hygienic violations have been corrected, but also the laboratory test results of samples taken during the inspection, including marinated salmon fish and Hollandaise sauce, confirmed that these products comply with the requirements set by the EAEU technical regulations.
By decision of the head of the FSIA, the suspension of Juli's restaurant production activities has been lifted.
