VIDEO: Severe Flooding in Brazil Affects Nearly 13,000 People
A devastating flood has struck the capital of Brazil, impacting approximately 13,000 individuals. The water level of the Acre River in Brazil reached 15.56 meters, surpassing the previous record set during the flooding in 2015, according to local media reports.
The water level is continuing to rise by 2 cm every three hours. Currently, 75% of the city has been affected by the flooding. Almost 2,000 residents are either homeless or displaced, and 20 bridges have been destroyed.
