VIDEO: 'Armenia Has No Territorial Claims Against Azerbaijan' - Rubinyan

During the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, Ruben Rubinyan responded to Hikmet Hajiyev's accusations. Rubinyan stated, 'Armenia has no territorial claims against Azerbaijan. This has been reiterated by the Armenian side multiple times and has also been signed by both countries. The constitutional changes or internal regulations of the Republic of Armenia are an internal matter. The best way for both sides is to sign a peace treaty to prove that neither side has territorial claims against each other. Unfortunately, we do not see a willingness from Azerbaijan to sign the peace treaty.'
