Nearly 300 Trucks Blocked at Russia-Kazakhstan Border

In western Kazakhstan, a queue of vehicles has formed at the border crossing with Russia, consisting of 280 trucks. This was reported by the press service of the national operator of road management, Kazavtozhol, on their Telegram channel.

According to their statement, there are significant traffic jams on the Samara-Shymkent highway due to challenging operational conditions at the border checkpoint. Drivers stuck in the jam have indicated that the situation may last for several days and have advised opting for alternative routes to bypass this checkpoint.
