Two Brothers Stabbed, One Dies: Details

ArmLur.am reported that two brothers were transported to Vardenis hospital after being stabbed, one of whom is a contract serviceman. Doctors were unable to save the life of the stabbed serviceman's brother.

The incident took place in Pokr Masrik. The administrative head of Pokr Masrik, Sargis Nshanyan, told Aysor.am that he does not have much information about the details of the incident. “We only know that there was an argument, the brothers were not in a mindset to go and fight; they are 40-year-old men, who have never really fought before. They went to talk and understand what happened. I am not aware of what else occurred; the Investigation Committee will probably release more information later,” Nshanyan said.

He noted that when the brothers got out of their car, they were immediately attacked with knives, first the older brother and then the other.

The administrative head of Pokr Masrik also stated that the assailant is from the village of Arpunk. Nshanyan mentioned that the contract serviceman was operated on and will be transferred to a ward.
