How Many People in Armenia Are Willing to Pay at Least $50,000 for 'Gold' License Plates?

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak,' an auction for zero-license plates will take place on February 23, with a starting price of 20 million drams. Currently, 138 individuals have submitted bids, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This means that 138 people are prepared to pay at least $50,000 for a gold license plate.

It is reminded that voting is taking place on a specially opened website, and the license plates with the most votes will be auctioned. The Ministry of Internal Affairs indicated that only those citizens who have paid a pre-payment of 1 million drams will participate in the auction. The auction will last for three days.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that the details of the individuals who win the auction and acquire the license plates will be kept confidential, meaning that the identity of the auction winners will not be disclosed.
