Azerbaijani Man Arrested in Russia Beheaded Elderly Armenian During 44-Day War: Details

An Azerbaijani man arrested in Russia is one of those who beheaded an elderly Armenian man during the 44-day war. According to Radar Armenia, the detained Azerbaijani not only incited attacks against Armenians in Moscow in 2020 but is also involved in the beheading of an elderly Armenian man during the war.

There are also videos featuring him, where he is either destroying or stealing property from abandoned homes of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. Kamil Zeynalov has announced on social media that Armenia issued an international warrant for his arrest last May, and he will appear before a Russian court tomorrow.

Official reasons for the arrest have not been disclosed. Previously, it was reported that a fitness trainer named Kamil Zeynalov was arrested in Moscow at Armenia's request.
