EU Leadership Threatens That Putin Will Bear Responsibility for Navalny's Death

Josep Borrell, head of the EU's foreign policy department, expressed condolences to Navalnaya regarding her husband's death. He stated, 'Vladimir Putin and his regime will answer for Alexei Navalny's death. As Yulia said, Putin is not Russia; Russia is not Putin. We will continue to support Russia's civil society and independent media.'
