Marukyan: People Often Ask if Azerbaijan Will Attack Armenia Again

I often get asked whether Azerbaijan will attack Armenia again. This was written by Armenia's special envoy Edmon Marukyan on his Twitter page.

“My answer is that Azerbaijan has no legal grounds to attack Armenia. Since 2021, all actions have been aggression and are considered crimes under international criminal law. Azerbaijan’s occupation of Armenian territories remains unpunished. The international community must recognize the lack of legitimacy in Azerbaijan’s military aggression and demand the withdrawal of its forces from the occupied territories, calling for a return to negotiations,” he wrote.
