Traffic Restrictions for Drivers Starting February 15

Due to the reconstruction work on the T-5-46, M-6 (Alaverdi)-Sanahin neighborhood-Akner highway sections from km 0+000 to km 9+300, as well as on the part of T-5-46 leading to the Sanahin Monastery complex, blasting operations will take place from February 15 to March 30, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This information was provided by the Road Department.

Traffic restrictions will be in effect, with the road being periodically closed for 15-30 minutes for traffic.

For the works being carried out at the intersection of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Armenia state border international importance and the Odzun-Aravazdag republican significance highways, the movement of heavy vehicles with trailers or semi-trailers, as well as tourist buses, will be prohibited in that area from February 15 to March 5. A detour route will operate through the town of Noyemberyan, the Road Department announced.
