The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, met with the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, in Brussels.
During the meeting, Borrell stated, "Unfortunately, we have problems again. Again, yes?" referencing Azerbaijan's recent aggression, to which Mirzoyan responded, "Unfortunately, yes."
