Kyiv Will Not Halt as It Has No Other Choice: Danilov

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are in a complex situation at the front lines. This was announced by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.

“The situation at the contact line is very complex. It has never been easy since February 24, 2022, and only those who are far removed from military affairs can think that the front line is easy,” he stated.

Danilov added that if Western countries do not supply significantly more weapons and ammunition, the situation will indeed become more complicated. “We need weapons, we need arms,” emphasized the secretary, noting that the position of the USA is crucial for Ukraine regarding supplies, where Congress has not been able to approve the allocation of aid packages to Kyiv since September 2023.

According to Danilov, any delay in the supply of arms impacts the situation on the battlefield. At the same time, he declared that Kyiv will not stop as it has no other choice.
