Roads Closed Due to Low Visibility and Heavy Snowstorm

As of 09:00, due to heavy snowfall, the road from the M-4 interstate highway to the rural community of Semyonovka, the Vardenyats Pass, and the Ttujur-Navur highway are closed to all types of vehicles. This information was provided by the Road Department.

The section of road from the Yerevan-Jermuk junction to the Sisian junction is closed for vehicles with trailers.

Excessive snowfall has also resulted in the closure of the roads from the city of Harjis to Goris and from Shinuhi to Tatev for vehicles with trailers, while other types of vehicles are experiencing difficult travel conditions.

Due to low visibility and snowfall, the roads in the regions of Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik, Sisian, and Goris, as well as the Spitak-Lusaghbyur and Jrakhajur-Panta highways, are difficult to traverse.

On the roads in the regions of Gegharkunik, Nairi, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Martuni, Aragats, and Vardenis, there are areas of black ice.

There is a snowstorm in the Jajur Pass.

Other interstate and significant national highways remain open.
