Gradually Moving Towards Spring from February 7: Gagik Surenyan
Gradually, starting from February 7, we are moving towards spring. This was stated by Gagik Surenyan, the deputy director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, on his Facebook page.
It is also noted that on February 6-7, there will be a surge in wind in certain areas of the Republic of Armenia, with speeds of 30-35 m/s on the 6th, and 15-20 m/s on the 7th. In the mountainous regions of Shirak, Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, and Syunik, as well as in Gegharkunik, groundfrost is expected on those days. This information comes from the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Republic of Armenia.
On February 6, light and short-term precipitation is expected across the country, in the mountainous regions in the form of snow. The air temperature is expected to gradually rise by 12-14 degrees from February 6 to 10.
