The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has addressed the explosion that occurred today in Nor Aresh, writing on his Facebook page: “I learned with sorrow about the tragic incident that took place in the Erebuni administrative district of the capital, which, as it turned out, has also claimed human lives. I hope the investigation will provide answers to all questions. My deepest condolences go to the families of the victims, and I wish a speedy recovery to the injured. I assure you that the community will stand by these families within its mandate.”
