The wind will be from the west at 2-4 m/s, with gusts expected in certain areas on February 4 and 5, reaching 15-20 m/s. On February 6, wind speeds may increase to 20-25 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to gradually rise by 10-12 degrees from February 3 to 6.
