Problems with Drug Supply Are Clearly Large, Says Pashinyan
If we search for drugs on the streets, we will find one package. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan remarked this during today’s government meeting, stressing the need to identify the sources of large-scale supplies.
“The continuity of the policy to reduce cash circulation is also crucial in this context. Reducing cash circulation has an important element: not only does the money get spent, but there is also a trace showing where the money came from and how much is being spent. We need to pay attention to what is happening in our schools and universities regarding this issue. The scale of the problem is clearly significant,” he stated.
Pashinyan emphasized that methods to combat drug use need to be changed, advocating for a shift from the old approaches to new ones.
