Peace Can Be Achieved Through Changes to Armenia's Constitution and Other Documents, Says Aliyev

There is already de facto peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, stated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. He noted that "a peaceful situation has prevailed at the border of the two countries for several months."

Aliyev remarked, "Peace can be achieved through changes to Armenia's Constitution and other documents," as reported by RIA Novosti. He emphasized that "to bring the process to its logical conclusion, a peace treaty must be signed."
