Over 2,600 Trucks Pile Up at Russian-Georgian Border as Upper Lars is Closed
Over 2,600 trucks are waiting at the Upper Lars border crossing between Russia and Georgia, as reported by the North Ossetia Traffic Organization Center. According to Sputnik Georgia, the road leading to the Georgian-Russian border is currently closed to heavy trucks due to snowfall and poor visibility.
A total of 2,615 trucks are waiting to enter Georgia from the Russian side.
