“My Salary is Lower Than Before Holding the Ministerial Position,” Vahan Kerobyan

The lives of Armenian citizens have noticeably improved, with poverty rates decreasing and the average salary reaching 208,000 drams. This was announced by the Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan, during a press briefing with journalists at the National Assembly.

Additionally, the minister reported that over the past year, 370,000 new jobs have been created. Kerobyan mentioned that he could list many other positive developments.

However, according to Vahan Kerobyan, not everyone is living well; he himself, for example, is living worse than before he became minister. “My salary is lower than before I took the ministerial position,” the former businessman candidly admitted.
