Fishing Vessel Capsizes in Turkey: Casualties and Missing Persons

Three people have died and two others are missing following the capsizing of a fishing vessel near the shores of the Dikili district in Izmir, Turkey. This has been reported by local media outlets.

Out of ten individuals on board, the bodies of three have been recovered, while search and rescue operations continue for the two missing persons. Among those rescued, five survived but sustained injuries.

The coast guard has dispatched three boats and a helicopter to the search area. The cause of the fishing trawler's flooding is still unknown.
