Doctors in Russia Performed the National Anthem After Learning the Baby's Name

In Perm, a couple has named their newborn daughter Russia. This was reported by Life, citing the Shot Telegram channel. The information is conveyed by gazeta.ru.

According to the child's parents, they wanted to give their third daughter an original name (the names of the two older daughters are Maria and Evelina). The idea of naming their daughter after the motherland was proposed by the child's mother a few months before giving birth. Initially, the future father had doubts, but later he approved of his wife's choice. The older daughters also supported their parents.

Russia was born weighing 3920 grams. The couple stated that upon learning the baby's name, the doctors performed the national anthem.
