We Have Solved the Problems of 57 Families at Once: Avinyan

During a working consultation at the Yerevan City Hall, Mayor Tigran Avinyan was briefed on the efforts made regarding the resettlement of residents from the emergency building on the 4th lane of Artsakh Street. It was noted that out of 63 families living in three emergency buildings, the issues of 57 families have already been addressed. 30 families were provided with apartments, 27 received certificates for purchasing apartments, while 6 families still face challenges, as their proposals have been deemed unrealistic. Work with these families is ongoing.

“This is an important record, as we have solved the problems of 57 families living in an emergency building of the 4th category, and we have done this in less than a year. In the next phase, we will address the issues of the Arzumanyan and other emergency buildings of the 4th category,” said Avinyan.
