We Need to Learn to Have a State: Pashinyan

'We need to learn to have a state,' declared Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. According to him, it is necessary to learn what it means to develop a state, to maintain a state, and to have a state in general.

'We need to make political recordings to face reality. Dear colleagues, respected government members, we must acknowledge that we need to learn how to build schools, learn how to have schools, and maintain schools, build healthcare facilities, and construct roads,' he stated.

The fact is that today we do not know how to do any of this, and we face this reality every day. 'At that time, we thought that if we have money, we would solve all problems, but now we have money and we cannot build schools, healthcare facilities, and, in general, anything at the necessary level,' he added.

According to him, when people focus on building, shortcomings become evident. Economy Minister Vahan Karapetyan also posed the question of whom we should learn from. 'In my opinion, we should learn from stronger people, competitors who are more educated, stronger, and working in more challenging environments.'
