VIDEO: Severe Fire at a Tehran Hospital Forces Patient Evacuations
A fire broke out at the Gandhi Hospital in Tehran, according to reports from ISNA. A representative from the local fire department has stated that rescue operations are underway at the site of the fire. It is reported that the blaze started in the eastern wing of the hospital.
All patients are being evacuated, and if necessary, they are being transferred to other medical facilities. Colonel Ehsan Momeni, the deputy head of Tehran's traffic police, has announced that all roads leading to the hospital have been closed.
