VIDEO: "New LED lamps have allowed us to provide an additional hour of light," Avinyan

The director of the Yerevan City Hall's "Yerkaghluys" company, Andranik Tevosyan, announced during a routine operational meeting today that the LED street lighting on Nalbandyan Street has been fully completed. He stated, "Starting tomorrow, we will begin work on Vardanants Street, and from the following Monday, on Khorenatsi Street. We will also continue work on Tumanyan Street, but not related to trench digging," Tevosyan declared.

Tevosyan emphasized that last year, they installed double the number of LED lighting fixtures and extended the duration of evening lighting by one hour, all without increasing costs. He mentioned that the lighting costs this December have remained the same as last December. "Thanks to the LED lamps we installed, we have managed to provide an additional hour of light, which did not generate additional expenses," stated Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

Mayor Avinyan also inquired about the lighting process along the road leading to "Glendale Hills" and instructed to expedite and pay close attention to it.
