Unidentified Corpse in Decayed State Discovered at 'Hayrenik' Underpass

A mysterious incident occurred today, January 19, in Yerevan. Around 5:00 PM, the police department of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information regarding a body found in the underpass of 'Hayrenik' on Arshakunyats Avenue.

According to reports from Shamsyan, officers and investigators discovered the corpse of a middle-aged man, unrecognizable and in a state of decay, under a pile of cardboard in a corner of the specified underpass.

The police and investigative department are taking necessary measures to ascertain the identity of the deceased.
