Lydian Armenia Donates 12.5% of Shares to Government

Lydian Armenia LLC has announced the donation of 12.5% of its shares to the government. This matter was included in the non-reported items of the government's meeting today.

The draft decision justifies the donation based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed on February 22, 2023, in Yerevan between the Eurasian Development Bank and Lydian Armenia Closed Joint Stock Company.

It is noteworthy that Lydian Armenia LLC operates the Amulsar mine.
