Azerbaijan's maneuvers are deceptive, a façade for the outside world, aimed at dulling our vigilance. This was stated by the former Human Rights Defender of Armenia and the director of the Tatoyan Foundation, Arman Tatoyan.

“A new method of Azerbaijani aggressive propaganda against Armenia involves the dissemination of false information and websites promoting enmity. Just a few days ago, the websites 'Virtual Western Azerbaijan' (qerbiazerbaycan.com) and 'Armenian Crimes' (armeniancrimes.com) were launched, where all of Armenia is represented as Azerbaijani.

One of the websites is multilingual (Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Spanish), while the other is in English and Russian. With personal testimonies and individual stories, there is an attempt to justify that Armenia is historical Azerbaijani land. In the categories of 'Armenian Vandalism' and 'Resources,' false testimonies are presented regarding alleged massacres committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis.

Armenian churches and monasteries are depicted as part of Azerbaijani culture, along with numerous other falsehoods. Despite the Azerbaijani war crimes against Armenians—ranging from massacres to the destruction of cultural monuments—they invest massive amounts of money not only to create their non-existent history but also to present it to the world by all available means. Furthermore, they establish the foundations for aggression and territorial claims against Armenia. It is evident that all of this occurs under the direct patronage of the Azerbaijani government.

Thus, Azerbaijani maneuvering is false, a disguise for the outside world, and aims to dull our vigilance. Ignoring explicit Azerbaijani threats, the enormous funds expended, and their political actions leads to disastrous consequences. It is clear that the Azerbaijani authorities will not 'walk' through the 'crossroads of peace'; rather, their goal is the absence of Armenia on that path,” he wrote.
